3.2 Premium Version

Upon payment of applicable fees, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the premium features of LocalKey. This license includes:

• Installation on multiple devices owned by the licensee
• Access to all premium features
• Free software updates for the major version purchased

3.3 Enterprise Version

Enterprise licenses are governed by separate Enterprise License Agreements and may include additional terms and conditions.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your master password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Creating secure backups of your data

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Use the Software for illegal activities
• Share your license key with unauthorized users
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use the Software to store illegal content

5. Data and Privacy

You retain all rights to your data stored in LocalKey. We implement a zero-knowledge architecture, meaning:

• Your passwords and sensitive data are encrypted locally
• We cannot access, view, or decrypt your data
• You are solely responsible for data backup and recovery
